Participation in the UN Environment backed initiative enables many trees to be planted in the restaurant's name every month.

By participating in Food For Thought, Waterside Restaurant at the Rendezvous Brighton provides all of their diners with the opportunity to plant a life-changing fruit tree in some of the poorest communities, which provides them with food, shelter, a source of income and education.
