By participating in the UN Environment backed initiative, Elements Restaurant at the Rendezvous Southend plants many trees each month, effectively offsetting the CO2 footprint of the meals it serves.

By participating in Food For Thought, Elements Restaurant at the Rendezvous Southend provides all of their diners with the opportunity to plant a life-changing fruit tree in some of the poorest communities, which provides them with food, shelter, a source of income and education.
